Lakeville South High School – Class of 2026
Morning summer senior photo shoots are extremely underrated. Glowing light, relaxed, peaceful mornings, and seniors who are ready to celebrate this exciting new chapter of their life. Madyson, one of my Class of 2026 senior reps, chose Downtown Hastings and Lebanon Hills for her senior session, and it was the perfect combination of urban vibes and natural charm.
We started her senior photos in Downtown Hastings on a beautiful summer morning. The soft light paired perfectly with the historic streets and quaint corners, giving us so much variety. Madyson brought such fun, confident energy to her session; she was truly glowing in front of the camera!
One of the sweetest parts of her senior photography experience? She brought her dog, Goose, along for a few photos! Including pets in senior photos always makes the session feel even more personal, and Goose was the cutest addition!
After exploring downtown, we headed to Lebanon Hills for a more nature-filled backdrop. The greenery and open fields gave us a completely different look, adding depth and variety to her final gallery. I love it when seniors choose multiple locations because it creates such a well-rounded collection of images for their final gallery.
As a Lakeville senior photographer and a Minneapolis senior photographer, sessions like Madyson’s remind me why I love what I do. Senior photos should feel joyful, relaxed, and true to you, and this session was exactly that!
Madyson, thank you for such a fun summer morning. Your senior year is going to be amazing, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you!
